Refund policy

All our products at CELESTIAL DECOR is uniquely handcrafted and developed accordingly. Slight variations / dissimilarities on the shape or designs which are not any imperfections may be expected due to the nature of handcrafted (hand-made) products, hence they are not to be taken as any faulty products and no such reasons will be accepted for a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please capture a brief video during unboxing, especially if the packaging appears compromised. Without the unboxing video we are unable to provide with the best.

Kindly Contact within 24 Hours after the delivery to return the defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item 

To submit a claim:
1) Send a photo and video proof of the broken item.
2) Mention your order ID and the product name and code


Conditions:
1) The customer has to pay the shipping charge.
2) One-time claim per order.
